If you’re gonna go this route, at least take a bunch of different photos, maybe with different family poses and having your family just acting wacky, and make a collage of your familiy photos on the holiday cards themselves. This really isnt a christmas scrapbooking idea, but still makes for good photo greeting cards.

The next christmas scrapbooking card idea would be to have your family pick their favorite christmas character, whether it be from a christmas movie or some christmas tale from when they were younger. Now, cut out each of your family members face and glue it to a cutout of their favorite character. Now your going to assemble your christmas scrapbooking card with all the christmas characters. And dont be boring. Have all the christmas characters doing something funny on the christmas scrapbooking card.

Another good idea for this years christmas scrapbooking cards would be to make a pop up christmas card. This one will require a little more work and probably a little more money in supplies and scrapbooking paper. But, I tell you what, nobody will forget your holiday card this year if you went this route. And if you go online and do a search for pop up christmas card layouts, you should be able to find templates that you can print off. This would probably be the funnest and most unique christmas scrapbooking card that you could do. Just make sure you leave yourself plenty of time though. A holiday card like this probably cant be done in just a few minutes, and you want to make sure that your christmas scrapbooking cards are something else!

A good idea for photo gretting cards might be to go out to the mall, or some place that has christmas stuff all over, and just take snap shots of your family having fun. This time of year most places have their christmas decorations up and you can frolic around taking pictures that would be perfect for photo greeting cards. Try and take funny photos to liven things up, like maybe have one of your kids riding on a reindeer, or somebody giving santa claus a nice big kiss! Im sure if I got a photo greeting card with a picture like that on there, I would laugh.
